Project Summary
Lucio B. needed a floating platform inside the Stock Island Marina's "houseboat section," subject to strict product rules. The only permitted solution was a cube dock system. The space was narrow—around 16½ ft long by 8½ ft wide—with limited clearance to neighbors and pilings.
The Challenge
Tight clearance to neighbors and pilings, strict marina rules that only allowed cube dock systems, and the need for future expandability without rebuilding.
Our Solution
We designed and installed a fully modular Gulfstream Dock layout that fit perfectly, met marina requirements, and gave Lucio future expandability without rebuilding. The blow-molded polyethylene cubes are lightweight, strong, and corrosion-proof with a 20-year structural warranty.

The Result
Lucio now has a clean, marina-compliant floating tender dock that fits perfectly in a narrow, regulated slip, rises and falls with tide naturally, offers low maintenance and high longevity, and carries the backing of a 20-year warranty.
